Throughout the training retreat we will have the opportunity to meet other participants and to work together. Our mornings are in silence and will be dedicated to silent meditation, samu (working meditation) and council circles. After lunch we break the silence. The workshops by Joan Halifax, in which we will explore the theme of the retreat through exercises and teachings, take place in the afternoon and in the evening. After roshi her last presentation we are going back into the silence.
